About the job
The customer service department ensures the same-day processing of all inquiries from our end customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and the Romandy and handles the concerns related to our online shop. We are looking for a customer-oriented personality as a Customer Service Clerk 100% immediately or by arrangement.Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)
These tasks will inspire you
- Independently processing and answering customer enquiries by telephone, e-mail and post in German and French
- Competently advising and providing information about our range and services via telephone and e-mail
- Supporting LANDI stores with questions about online orders
- Processing and handling claims
- Deputising for reception staff during absences

- Confident oral and written communication in German and French
- Experience in customer service and affinity for telephone and written customer advice
- Completed commercial training is a plus
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality

About us
LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It manages assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new and renovation projects and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement through storage to order picking. The range includes garden, small animal, household, do-it-yourself, agricultural and leisure articles as well as beverages and pet food.
