The HUG daycares have two sites with gardens, one located on the Belle-Idée estate in Chêne-Bourg and the other near the Cantonal Hospital, as well as a drop-in daycare primarily intended for patients attending consultations at the maternity ward.
The HUG daycares are company daycares reserved for the children of employees.
Job Description
As part of your activity, you assist and support early childhood educators in all activities with the children, autonomously handling some of them.
You collaborate in the planning, organization, and management of children's groups and related activities (observation reports, space arrangement, planning of supplies, etc.).
Additionally, you participate in the development and contribute to the institutional and educational projects of the early childhood institution.
Through your attitude, you promote a warm atmosphere conducive to the children's development. You ensure their comfort while respecting the institution's educational project.
More broadly, you contribute to the smooth running of the daycare and harmonious communication within the team.
Qualifications
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a social-educational assistant with at least one year of experience in early childhood or an apprenticeship in the aforementioned field.
Additional Information
The assignment will be at our Kangaroos site (Cluse-Roseraie).
Variable hours may be subject to change for internal replacements within the service.
