Sales Assistant 80-100% Your area of responsibility After thorough training, you will take responsibility for * recording and processing incoming customer orders * resolving customer concerns of all kinds * maintaining data in the ERP system * administrative support of sales staff in internal and external sales * monitoring and coordinating appointments and improvising in case of appointment changes * interface communication with purchasing, logistics and accounting Your profile After your commercial or technical basic training, you have already successfully demonstrated your affinity and passion for technology (products). You enjoy communicating fluently on the phone as well as by e-mail. You are a service provider at heart and solution-oriented in thinking and acting. You like to work conscientiously and focused and feel comfortable in a hub function. You are proficient with common IT tools, German is your mother tongue and ideally you can also communicate in English. You love it when things run smoothly and appreciate the dynamics of trade and can be enthusiastic about technical products. You appreciate a collegial and family-like atmosphere in a small, fine team and are looking for a long-term position with prospects.
