Role:
The company is an established Swiss consulting and service firm supporting entrepreneurs and private individuals with a variety of financial, tax, and business-related issues.
The working environment combines classic fiduciary expertise with business consulting and a broad spectrum of specialised topics. Employees work closely with clients and various departments and gain insight into diverse mandates – from ongoing financial accounting and payroll administration to more complex issues around taxes, auditing, business development, or real estate. Particularly exciting is the combination of personal client support, digital working, and versatile development opportunities in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage financial and fiduciary mandates and ensure reliable processing of ongoing accounting and periodic financial statements.
You support tax matters and are a competent contact person for clients on financial, accounting, and business management questions.
You contribute your expertise to the development of real estate mandates and take over the accounting support of real estate companies and investment vehicles.
Together with the team, you build up the fund accounting area in the real estate environment and further develop structures, processes, and reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in fiduciary, finance, and accounting or possess a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in fiduciary services, financial accounting, or accounting as well as a good understanding of Swiss accounting and taxes distinguish you.
You work confidently with Abacus and bring a strong IT and process affinity to efficiently develop existing workflows.
You combine a self-reliant, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building new structures.
Fluent written and spoken German.
