In this varied and exciting role, you support and assist the operational units of the Healthcare section as a property manager.

Your tasks:

- Management of the cleaning/in-room service/restaurant department, personnel management, and team encouragement
- Conducting process and quality controls and ensuring high-quality service in accordance with our guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with the hygiene concept
- Coordination of the ordering system
- Maintaining contacts and exchanging information with internal and external partners and clients
- Organizing laundry processing, basic and special cleaning tasks
- Establishing and monitoring the cost center budget
- Participation and collaboration in projects, conferences, and workshops

Your profile:

- Completed higher education in home economics or hospitality (e.g., Facility Management ES manager)
- Professional experience in a similar position and management practice
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance, intermediate cleaning, and deep cleaning, as well as the use of machines, cleaning products, and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written
- Liveliness, great flexibility, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented approach
