This is the job - Your main tasks

As an experienced project manager, you take end-to-end responsibility from the initial idea to successful implementation.
In demanding mandates, you lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and advise our Eraneos specialist colleagues.
With your ICT expertise, you develop studies, strategies, and concepts. You advise clients on complex technical and commercial issues. You think holistically, identify optimization potentials, and implement them pragmatically, from developing technical solutions to supporting procurement and implementation.
In short: You ensure that digital infrastructure/mobile communication not only works but becomes a real enabler for modern, connected, and future-proof mobility.

This job is for you if

You have a technical university degree (FH/University/ETH/EPFL) in engineering, information technology, or a comparable field.
You bring at least five years of experience in the field of telecommunications/ICT, ideally in digital consulting, at a service provider, or directly at a company in the industry (telecom or public transport).
You have expertise in mobile communication, especially in the topics of 5G / FRMCS (replacement of GSM-R).
You have knowledge of data network technologies (IP communication) and understand what is important in their planning and operation or are eager to dive into these topics.
You convince with a collaborative, proactive working style and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
You speak and write fluent German and English; French is a plus.

Enjoyment in shaping business development and acquiring new customers or projects.
Already have a strong personal network in the mentioned industries and find it easy to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Desire to also contribute internationally; for example, on mandates in the DACH region.
