Your responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers and fulfilling demanding customer requests in sales conversations
• Analyzing customer needs and presenting solutions
• Presenting trends and products, designing customer events and sales promotions, and creating experiential worlds
• Receiving and processing repairs, returns, and complaints
• Recognizing current developments and trends in retail and integrating them into daily work
• Performing tasks in operational and inventory management processes using our IT systems
• Communicating across various channels
• Working in different teams

Your profile

• You enjoy approaching people, even those you don't know, and your charming personality helps you persuade others
• Many could learn from your sense of trends
• You have completed secondary education (school with advanced requirements) and have good grades
• You can communicate in a foreign language
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and in the evenings
