Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Medical, personnel and organisational overall responsibility of the Clinic for Intensive Care Medicine
• Ensuring a high-quality patient care according to current scientific findings and standards
• Strategic, professional and operational leadership as well as continuous further development of intensive care medicine
• Design and implementation of the organisational and professional integration of the intensive care units into a joint organisation 

What You Bring to This Position

• Specialist title (FMH or equivalent) in Intensive Care Medicine
• Habilitation or comparable academic qualification
• Several years of successful leadership and management experience in a university or large central hospital structure
• Convincing, integrative personality with pronounced leadership, social and communication skills
• Proven clinical expertise as well as high patient and quality orientation
• Strategic foresight, entrepreneurial thinking and sound experience in the further development of complex organisations as well as in business management issues
• Proven ability to successfully shape change and integration processes
