With over 30 own branches and numerous depots as shop-in-shop areas, we are close to our customers throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. To support our Shopfitting & Facility Management department, we are looking for a technically skilled, organised, and solution-oriented person who enjoys getting stuck in and keeping an overview.
Technical Clerk (a) Shopfitting & Facility Management 80% - 100%
Wallisellen as well as travel throughout Switzerland
Tasks you will enjoy:
- You support new build and refurbishment projects of our branches and depot areas – from planning to on-site implementation
- You coordinate smaller structural and technical measures and ensure their timely execution
- You work closely with internal contacts as well as craftsmen and external service providers
- You assist in obtaining and handling building and operating permits
- You take care of the procurement and organisation of furniture for branches and depot areas – from ordering to delivery and assembly
- You coordinate and accompany the assignments of our internal service technicians
- You support the smooth technical and infrastructural operation of our branches and headquarters
- You obtain quotes, coordinate appointments, and assist in monitoring costs, quality, and execution
- You assist in organising and supervising maintenance and repair work
- You handle administrative and organisational tasks related to shopfitting and facility management
- You are regularly on site in our branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and ensure professional implementation together with the involved partners
Requirements you bring:
- Technical basic training, ideally complemented by commercial further training or experience in a technical clerical environment
- Experience in shopfitting, facility management, building technology, construction, or project assistance is an advantage
- Good technical understanding as well as a solution-oriented and independent working style
- Organisational talent and a structured, reliable way of working
- Confident manner in dealing with internal and external contacts
- Enjoyment of coordination and varied tasks
- Good MS Office skills
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Hands-on mentality and pleasure in finding practical solutions
