Your Tasks
- You bear overall responsibility for the HR lifecycle in your area of responsibility, supported by our dedicated HR administration
- You advise and support our managers and employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues
- You actively contribute to the further development of HR processes and enjoy independently taking on smaller projects
- There is the possibility to manage and further develop HR IT systems
- You are responsible for organizing and conducting events and occasions in vocational training
Your Profile
- Completed training in the HR field (at least HR specialist level or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage and facilitates your entry
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and an affinity for digital HR systems
- Service-oriented, structured and independent working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoy tackling tasks and finding pragmatic solutions
