In this versatile role, you combine project consulting with active field sales. With your expertise, convincing manner, and existing network, you win and support architects, general contractors, and specialist companies for tile and floor coverings. You accompany projects from planning to implementation and thus contribute decisively to the success of our customers and our company.
Your tasks at a glance:
Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with architects, general contractors, and specialist companies for tile and floor coverings
You take full sales responsibility – from project acquisition through the offer phase to successful implementation and project completion
Targeted market observation and market development to identify projects early and successfully position HGC solutions
Professional customer advice and convincing positioning of our high-quality products in the areas of ceramics, parquet, and building materials
You work closely with our internal sales department, the project office, and other internal interfaces as well as external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth information flow
Your profile
Several years of experience in field sales / sales, preferably in project business, required
An established network in the main and secondary construction trades in the region is a great advantage
You are a winning, convincing personality with joy in direct customer contact
You are familiar with digital tools (ideally Salesforce) and use them efficiently for customer and project management
You think solution-oriented and work independently and reliably
