What you will achieve

• You take on the professional and personnel responsibility for the butchery department ?? and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You take care of sales promotion and staff scheduling. ?? With your organisational talent, you ensure a seamless process.
• Revenue, cost, inventory, and stock management ?? are among your core tasks – you always keep an overview and steer purposefully.
• Ordering, goods receipt checks, product presentation and disposition ??? are in your hands – you ensure everything runs perfectly.
• Friendly and competent customer service and advice ??? at the service counter are a matter of course for you, and you support customers with your expertise.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: in retail, as a meat specialist or cook/chef
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in meat sales
• You bring very good expertise in the areas of meat/fish/cheese ??? and can draw on valuable leadership experience.
• Reliability, flexibility and a high level of commitment ?? characterise you – you are always there when needed.
• With your independent working style and friendly manner ?? you create a pleasant atmosphere for customers and the team.
• You are willing to continue your education ?? and thus always stay up to date. Ideally, you already have leadership experience that helps you take responsibility and support your team.
