We are a successful construction management and general contracting company based in Zurich and the upper Lake Zurich area. With our young, dynamic team, we realise demanding large-scale projects in Zurich and the surrounding area, focusing on innovation, quality, and sustainability.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and creative individual to work closely with management as the marketing manager and act as the interface between the various involved parties.

Your tasks

• Implementation and further development of our marketing strategy
• Maintenance and care of our website, social media channels, and the company magazine
• Participation in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Ensuring compliance with our corporate design (CI/CD) across all communication channels
• Maintenance and development of our online presence
• Assistance in the conception and creation of presentations, brochures, and materials for project acquisition
• Bringing in your own ideas and creative approaches
• Collaboration with agencies as well as internal and external partners
• Active participation in our A-Vision project for future development and sustainability

Your profile

• Commercial qualification EFZ and further training in marketing
• Professional experience in marketing, ideally in the construction or real estate sector or in a communications or marketing agency
• Creativity and a good sense for target group-oriented communication
• Confident use of digital marketing tools and social media
• Strong team skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Open-minded personality with precise, independent, and goal-oriented working methods
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Prezi
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
