We are IMEK GmbH, a small but steadily growing company in Wettingen specialising in loss certificate debt collection. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person for six months (with option for extension) who enjoys thinking along, pitching in, and learning new things.

Your tasks

There is no typical working day with us. You will gain insight into various areas of our company and support us wherever something is currently needed.

A large part of your work revolves around our debt collection files. We expect numerous new clients in the coming months for whom data entry must be carried out. For example, you will help with recording and processing data and documents, address investigations, or preparing correspondence. You will be the telephone contact person for authorities, clients, and debtors and will process the daily incoming mail.

In addition, many other tasks arise with us. Depending on your interests and resources, you can also assist with accounting, marketing, organising client and team events, smaller internal projects, or general administrative work.

In short: You support us wherever a helping hand is currently needed.

What is important to us

You do not have to be able to do everything yet. Of course, it helps if terms like debt enforcement request, payment order, and loss certificate are not foreign to you. Much more important to us, however, is that you work reliably and very precisely, think along willingly, and enjoy learning new things.

The only mandatory requirement: No debt enforcement or (relevant) criminal record entries.
