For our Corporate Finance team at the group headquarters in Steinhausen ZG, we are looking for a specialist as
Senior Corporate Accounting and Tax Specialist, 90-100%
Location: Steinhausen | Start date: by arrangement
What you will do
- Assist in the preparation and review of the consolidated group financial statements and the half-year report according to IFRS
- Support our Head of Group Accounting & Reporting with ad-hoc analyses
- Prepare, analyse and coordinate group-wide international tax and compliance requirements, especially Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), BEPS Pillar II, etc.
- Support group companies with transfer pricing methods and their implementation
- Assist local finance teams during tax audits including coordination with external tax advisors
- Analyse, optimise and actively further develop intra-group financing structures in collaboration with corporate and business area finance managers and external tax advisors
- Participate in internal financial audits in international group companies
- Contribute to various tasks and projects within the Corporate Finance team
- You will report directly to our Head of Group Accounting & Reporting
What distinguishes you professionally
- Commercial basic training (KV) with further education in finance and accounting, taxation or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate accounting/controlling environment consolidating multiple entities. Initial experience in taxation or the motivation to acquire this knowledge. Ideally, you bring experience in both areas.
- Experience with IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER accounting
- Strong awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Communicative personality with enthusiasm for working in an international environment
