Your area of responsibility:

• Management of real estate accounting (rental properties)
• Assistance with company accounting
• Accounts payable management for company and property-related invoices (checking, recording, processing payment runs after approval, monitoring execution and posting)
• Accounts receivable management for company and property-related claims including invoicing, payment receipt control, handling dunning processes and initiating debt collection measures
• Preparation of annual financial statements at rental property level, heating and operating cost statements, liquidity planning or construction billing
• Assistance in payroll (caretakers in secondary employment)
• Management of tenant deposits
• Oral and written contact with tenants, craftsmen, caretakers, etc. regarding accounting matters
• Oral and written contact with our trustee on company accounting topics
• Maintenance of digital lists, filing and real estate software
• Support in office management and, if interested, the possibility to participate in property management

Your profile:

• You are motivated, open-minded and appreciate personal contact with us, our tenants and service providers
• You have a flair for numbers and are characterised by analytical and interconnected thinking.
• You have an independent, careful and efficient working style in a dynamic environment
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and can organise your tasks by priority
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confident handling of IT software
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
• Several years of practical professional experience in real estate accounting
• Experience with the real estate software GARAIO REM is an advantage but not essential
