- you support and develop existing customers in the publishing and digital sector (Luzerner Zeitung)
- you identify new potential customers and take over the initial contact as well as the needs assessment for our newspaper products
- you conduct customer appointments, present our versatile product range, and convince in sales talks
- you independently record offers and orders in the CRM/order tool and ensure the careful maintenance of customer data as well as sales activities
- with your commitment, you ensure high customer satisfaction and provide optimal service
You will succeed here if
- you are an absolute sales talent with B2B experience, negotiation skills, and perseverance
- you work independently, structured, and motivated and have a category B driving license
- you are anchored in the Central Switzerland region with a corresponding network in the B2B sector
- you can take on sales responsibility without losing the entrepreneurial perspective
- you have completed vocational training and ideally have knowledge of the media industry
