Your tasks
- Caring for and supporting our residents in accordance with our mission statement and shaping this within the framework of the primary nursing model
- Professional execution of basic and treatment care
- Complete maintenance of nursing documentation using careCoach according to RAI / LTCF
- Regular assumption of daily responsibility
- Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
- Ensuring compliance with general hygiene regulations
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist
- Trainer certificate is an advantage
- Ideally experience in long-term care
- Strong resilience and very good communication skills
- You are committed to holistic care and support and gladly take on responsibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (level B2)
