• you set up print sheets to finished printed matter with the support of mechanically and electronically controlled devices and production systems
• you properly set up production systems and program them (cutting, folding, saddle stitching, shipping, mailing, and enveloping)
• you cut, fold, stitch, bind, and glue the products
• you monitor production and check quality
• you clean and maintain the production systems and devices (maintenance)

• you have completed elementary school: Canton Solothurn Sek B or E, Canton Bern Secondary Level I, Level P (primary school) or Level S (secondary school)
• you can express yourself well in German (spoken and written)
• you have a good technical understanding
• you have an interest in handling electronic systems and devices  
• you have manual skills
• you enjoy working in a team
• you are physically fit
• you are adaptable and learn quickly
