Head of IT Service Center

Responsibilities

Leadership and further development of the IT Service Center division in four regions of Switzerland with around 150 employees
Ensuring stable operation of IT systems as well as overall responsibility for the support organisation in 1st and 2nd level support
Planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and external providers
Coordination with sales and logistics regions as well as external service providers
Responsibility for account management towards subsidiaries and divisions, operation and further development of the Setup Center as well as the design and implementation of ITSM processes

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position, preferably in a medium-sized to large company
Proven experience in managing and leading complex IT projects
Comprehensive understanding of modern IT systems and networks, cloud technologies and cybersecurity
Very good German and French skills; English and Italian skills are an advantage; willingness to travel within Switzerland as well as a category B driving licence
