About the job
Responsibilities
- Leadership and further development of the IT Service Center division in four regions of Switzerland with around 150 employees
- Ensuring stable operation of IT systems as well as overall responsibility for the support organisation in 1st and 2nd level support
- Planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and external providers
- Coordination with sales and logistics regions as well as external service providers
- Responsibility for account management towards subsidiaries and divisions, operation and further development of the Setup Center as well as the design and implementation of ITSM processes
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position, preferably in a medium-sized to large company
- Proven experience in managing and leading complex IT projects
- Comprehensive understanding of modern IT systems and networks, cloud technologies and cybersecurity
- Very good German and French skills; English and Italian skills are an advantage; willingness to travel within Switzerland as well as a category B driving licence
