What awaits you Deputy to the Internal Sales Manager Active management of the private customer portfolio of the General Agent Main responsibility for apprentice supervision (four apprentices) Advising and supporting customers, mainly by phone or at the customer reception Assisting insurance advisors in arranging customer appointments Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments (sales support) Administrative support for insurance advisors Preparation of quotes and applications General correspondence What you bring Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance Mandatory passed intermediary exam (VBV) is an advantage Willingness to regularly continue education Enjoyment in expanding existing customer relationships Reliable, resilient personality combined with efficient working style High commitment as well as customer and service orientation Convincing appearance with enjoyment in dealing with people Positive and winning manner, sales flair Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages (English and French) are an advantage What we offer you We create conditions that give you space to develop and fully exploit your potential.
