Its main tasks include the construction, operation and maintenance of buildings, infrastructures and facilities of our company. Your future areas of responsibility

• Carrying out maintenance work on HVAC systems and structural facilities
• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of building infrastructure and building envelopes
• First response to malfunctions, operational interruptions and safety-related incidents
• Conducting inspection rounds and maintaining plant documentation
• Contributing to the continuous optimisation of systems

Your skills and competencies

• Completed vocational training in building services engineering with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in building maintenance
• Experience or authorisation in the electrical field (e.g. NIV Art. 15) is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• Good IT user skills
• Team-oriented thinking and acting
• High flexibility

Languages

Fluent German skills (written and spoken) as well as knowledge of French.
