Carpenter - Project Manager for Interior Design

• Management of customer projects from the initial inquiry through conception and calculation to final billing and debriefing
• Receiving briefings, consulting as an idea provider, clarifying technical, budgetary and organizational requirements as well as optimizing in the interest of the customer and the company
• Preparation of offers, order confirmations, invoices, presentations, schedules, material lists as well as detailed assembly plans (Vectorworks)
• Development of technical details (statics, connection technology), organization of assemblies, on-site construction management as well as ensuring timely and complete handover to the customer
• Awarding contracts to subcontractors and suppliers, purchasing third-party services, organizing transports, construction site setups and technical services
• Support during the assembly phase, organization of follow-up deliveries, conducting handovers, final billing, debriefings as well as handling damage cases

• Completed training as a carpenter with project management experience
• Experience in independently managing complex projects including budget responsibility, scheduling, resource coordination and quality control
• Confident handling of planning software (e.g. Vectorworks or comparable), ability to develop technical details, assembly plans and material lists
• Experience in calculation, offer preparation, purchasing third-party services as well as cost control
• Willingness to work on-site (trade fair sites/construction sites), telephone availability during assembly times
