Health Specialist

At the Belp nursing home, 45 residents ranging from independent to severely in need of care spend their final stage of life. Our goal is to support the residents and their relatives in such a way that their quality of life remains as high as possible despite limitations. We offer them needs-oriented care and support, competent medical provision, and stimulating daily activities.

What to expect

• Professional and resident-centred care and support for people with moderate to severe care needs
• Participation in daily activity planning
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Carrying out domestic tasks
• Co-responsibility for ordering and managing care materials

What you bring

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment and aptitude in working with elderly people, some of whom suffer from dementia
• Team spirit, independence, creativity and flexibility
• Willingness to work late and night shifts
