Facility Manager
For our client, an internationally active and growing Swiss industrial company, we are looking for an independent, flexible and responsible individual as Facility Manager (m/f/d).In this versatile role, you ensure the reliable and safe operation of buildings, technical systems and operational infrastructure.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Ensuring trouble-free and safe building operations
- Planning and coordinating maintenance, servicing and repair work
- Managing and supervising external service providers
- Participating in conversion, renovation and investment projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and legal requirements
- Optimising infrastructure, operational processes and energy efficiency
- Assisting with budgeting, cost and contract control
- Contact person for internal departments, external partners and authorities
- Coordinating caretaking and building cleaning
Your Profile
- Technical basic training, e.g. in electrical, HVAC, building automation, construction or facility maintenance
- Ideally further training in facility management
- Several years of professional experience in technical building operations or facility management
- Good knowledge of building and plant technology
- Technical and business understanding
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to pitch in when needed
- Experience in supporting technical projects is an advantage
- Good IT user skills
