Your main tasks

• Consulting and coaching banks and financial service providers in payments transformation projects
• Design and management of requirements gathering (business analysis, requirements engineering, business process modelling)
• Moderation of workshops on product requirements and assessment of impacts on further developments
• Ensuring implementation in interdisciplinary, agile teams
• Contributing to the expansion of our payments service offering and new client mandates

This job is for you if …

• You have 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, business engineer or product owner in financial services consulting, at a bank or financial service provider and confidently apply agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• You know the Swiss and international payments landscape (SIC (RTGS), SIC Instant Payments, SPS, SEPA, SWIFT and cross-border, retail and/or interbank) from initiation to reconciliation.
• You master ISO 20022 (pain, pacs, camt) and confidently understand regulatory topics such as sanctions screening, AML and fraud prevention.
• You think analytically, convince as a consultant personality and have business fluent German and English skills (at least C1).
• You hold a completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences), preferably in business informatics, computer science, engineering or economics,.

As a cherry on top, you bring

• Certification as Scrum Product Owner, IREB CPRE or equivalent
