About the job
The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the walk-in clinic, as well as various practices.The Seniorenpark Frutigen of Spitäler fmi AG offers a home to a total of 65 residents in the three residential groups Niesenblick, Elsigblick and Maiensäss, of which 15 places are specifically designated for people with dementia.

Your training
- varied two-year training
- learning care and support as well as the daily structuring of elderly people
- help with personal care, eating and drinking as well as caring for the residents' private living areas
- taking on health checks such as
blood pressure and pulse measurements - carrying out administrative tasks
- close teamwork and regular exchange with the trainer
