Internal Auditor and Risk Manager 80-100%
Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it is electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The General Secretariat is responsible for governance issues. It also includes legal advice, regulatory affairs, stakeholder communication, public affairs, risk and insurance management, internal audit and management of holdings.
Mission:
- Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits to ensure compliance with standards, internal processes and legal requirements, and propose improvement measures
- Write audit reports, make recommendations and ensure follow-up of action plans in connection with stakeholders
- Contribute to consolidated risk reporting by supporting management in identifying, evaluating and continuously improving risk management systems
- Participate in audit planning and evaluation of the internal control system as well as analysis of the financial performance and risks of the Group's holdings
- Independently carry out risk analyses for investment and transformation projects, ensuring their consistency with the risk tolerance defined by the Group
Profile:
- Higher education in economics or equivalent, ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree in audit or risk management with 3 to 5 years of experience in fiduciary or internal or external audit
- Good knowledge of the economic environment and the energy sector as well as excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in common office tools and good knowledge of Microsoft D365
- Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German and English appreciated
- Developed analytical and critical thinking, organisational skills, autonomy, rigour, discretion and interpersonal skills in demanding environments
