Health Specialist, Gehrenholz Location

Tasks

• You independently, safely and professionally carry out the planned care and support tasks, including the care of residents with tracheal cannula.
• You shape the daily life of the residents and conduct individual and group activities taking into account appropriate methods and available resources.
• You maintain a professional and respectful relationship with relatives and are committed to working with them.
• You are proficient in using electronic care documentation and apply this tool correctly.
• You organise your workflows independently, logically and efficiently and make your own decisions within your area of competence.

Profile

• Good German language skills, spoken and written, including Swiss dialect
• A responsible, reliable and precise way of working
• Very good IT skills, preferably with experience in care applications
• A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• A heart for our residents and our trainees
