Spitex Fricktal AG is one of the leading outpatient healthcare organisations in the region. With around 100 employees and 20 trainees, we ensure daily that people in the Fricktal area can live independently and safely at home. We carry out around 140,000 assignments annually for over 600 clients – ranging from somatic care to psychiatric services and specialised palliative care.

To strengthen our teams, we are seeking a motivated and responsible nursing specialist to join our committed, self-organised team immediately or by arrangement.

Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a Specialisation in Psychiatry 50-100 %

Your Tasks

• Professional psychiatric care and support of our clients in their familiar environment
• Individual accompaniment and support in the clients’ daily lives
• Promotion of independence, resources, and stability in clients
• Implementation and documentation of nursing interventions
• Independent planning and organisation of assignments
• Managing and monitoring the nursing process as case manager
• Interprofessional collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH (or equivalent qualifications)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the psychiatric field
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible working style
• Flexible, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
• Good IT user skills, Perigon knowledge is an advantage
• Car driving licence
• Openness to new things and willingness to contribute your own ideas
