- Visitor reception and visitor control: reception, registration and forwarding
- Taking on various administrative tasks directly at the reception / security control centre of our clients
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Conducting patrol rounds on the premises
- Handling technical devices and systems
- Supporting emergency personnel in emergency situations
- First intervention in events
- Confident and respectful interaction with people in diverse life situations is a matter of course for you
What you bring:
- Strong independence, performance capability and a high sense of responsibility
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and a high degree of discretion
- High level of empathy
- Very good German and good English skills (good spoken English skills)
- Completed vocational training or equivalent education
- Proficient PC user skills and strong technical understanding
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts)
- Impeccable reputation (checks of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
- Swiss citizenship or possession of a C permit or EU/EFTA B permit
- Good physical condition
