To complete our team of the Geriatrics Service at the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio, we are looking for a
Neuropsychologist (50%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for has training and proven experience in neuropsychology, is able to independently manage the execution, discussion, and reporting of in-depth neuropsychological tests in patients with cognitive decline.
The employment contract currently offered is fixed-term with a future prospect of integration for possible strengthening of the EOC Geriatrics Service across various workplaces. The experience represents an opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and expanding context.

Necessary requirements:
- Authorization to practice freely as a psychologist in the healthcare field issued by the Health Office of the Canton of Ticino.
- Experience in clinical and general test evaluation of patients with neuropsychiatric and behavioral disorders in the context of neurodegenerative diseases (especially degenerative dementias and other etiologies).
- Experience and interest in the geriatric-gerontological area.
- Strong aptitude for individual work and within a multidisciplinary team context.
- Native Italian speaker (or excellent spoken and written knowledge); knowledge of other national languages and English will be considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of computer tools.
- Availability and flexibility to work at different EOC locations.
