Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Night Watch 40-50% (FaGe or FaBe)

Your tasks
• Accompanying and supporting the residents during the night
• Carrying out nursing and care activities according to individual support needs
• Ensuring safety and availability in the residential building
• Support with transfers, positioning and nocturnal interventions
• Monitoring the health status and initiating appropriate measures in case of changes
• Documenting relevant events and passing on information to the day team
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist offices in emergency situations
• Working according to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)
