For our Real Estate Sales New Build division, we are looking for a "Senior Marketing Specialist: New Build".

In this versatile role, you will take operational responsibility for demanding new build projects, ensuring they are positioned appropriately in the market, marketed professionally and successfully implemented. You will act as the central interface between developers, internal departments and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently accompany and operationally manage new build projects from the project idea to handover
• Develop and implement positioning, branding and marketing concepts
• Prepare market, target group and price analyses and advise developers on strategic issues
• Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Support materialisation and fit-out decisions from a marketing perspective
• Responsible for sales processes, reporting, marketing activities as well as ensuring quality, deadlines and objectives
• Provide professional support to the team as a sparring partner
• Deputise for the Head of New Build and contribute to acquisitions and the further development of the service offering

Your Profile

• At least five years of experience in marketing and managing new build projects in the residential real estate sector.
• Completed studies or higher professional training in real estate, business administration or a comparable field.
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss residential real estate and new build project market.
• Experience in project management, real estate marketing and client consulting.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and decisiveness.
• High quality awareness as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Very good German and English skills.
