You will

handle special cases in incoming and outgoing foreign payment orders

advise internal and external departments professionally

support fraud prevention and compliance tasks as well as carry out clarifications and investigations for foreign payment transactions

ensure quality control and support as a link to external providers

participate in projects as well as system tests and process optimisations

You bring

a completed business administration training

preferably banking experience in (foreign) payment transactions

high independence, flexibility, resilience and precise working

enjoy customer contact and have business fluent German and French skills
