About the job
Your tasks
- Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the planning team (3 employees)
- Responsible for holistic production planning (rough and detailed planning) across all areas (mixing, filling, packaging) including their further development
- Ensuring timely and resource-appropriate production planning taking into account capacities, material availability and customer requirements
- Establishment and maintenance of a rolling production and capacity planning (3/6/12) months
- Development, implementation and further development of integrated production controlling including definition, introduction and maintenance of relevant performance indicators
- Definition and continuous optimisation of planning rules for production areas and lines
- Coordination of personnel requirements in coordination with the production teams and AVOR
- Operational involvement in production planning
- Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, logistics, quality control, logistics, AVOR as well as business development & project management
- SAP key user production with active further development of SAP-based planning and control processes.
- Responsibility for the quality and maintenance of production-relevant master data (bills of materials, work plans, resources, capacities and calculations)
- Preparation of material calculations (for new entries; changes)
Our requirements
- Several years of experience in production planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in a regulated production environment (GMP experience desirable)
- Technical or business training and further education at FH or HF level (Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Pharmaceutical or Process Engineering)
- Very good SAP knowledge, especially in the PP module (PP-PI/-DS) as well as understanding in MM/SD, CO Fiori)
- High communication skills and enjoyment in working with various departments
- Experience in production controlling (pre/post calculations, target/actual deviations)
- Strong organisational talent that remains calm even in hectic situations
- Solution-oriented personality with hands-on mentality and initial leadership experience
