- Receiving first and second level support requests by phone
- Support and advice on technical issues
- Information about products and services
- Analyzing diverse customer problems and developing suitable solutions
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer request in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
- Swiss German is your native language
- French or Italian in spoken and written form as a second language desired
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are further advantages
- You are looking for a hybrid work model in which you can also work from home
- Start planned for February 2026
- Working hours from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- After the training and induction phase, home office is possible
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
