The Educational Centre for Hearing and Speech HSM Münchenbuchsee is a service centre offering a wide range of support and advice for children and young people with severe hearing and speech impairments and their environment. We educate normally gifted pupils with hearing and/or speech impairments from the foundation stage up to and including lower secondary level.

Tasks
The task is composed as follows:
Cycle 3 in Münchenbuchsee (3 classes)
Cycle 1 at the locations Burgdorf, Worb, Rüderswil (4 classes)
- You lead and support all professionals in their daily work
- You place value on educational quality
- You focus on teaching and school development topics
- You work closely with other management personnel
- You collaborate with all areas of HSM
Requirements
- You have headteacher training and bring leadership as well as professional experience
- You put people at the centre and enjoy challenges
- You are a flexible and resilient personality
- You are a team player and work solution-oriented
- You have knowledge of the Bern school system
