About the job
Land Manager (60-100%)
In this role, you will be responsible for the land domain within the framework of our infrastructure projects, negotiating with opponents and reporting to the project management. You will also be involved in monitoring the management of our assets.
This permanent position can also be considered as a fixed-term contract of at least one year for a person currently studying.
Do you recognise yourself in the following?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics or an equivalent qualification (e.g. brevet)
- Ideally, you have completed further training in land management and real rights or have significant professional experience in the field
- You have experience in a similar position or are ready to acquire it (initial experience in the railway sector would be an advantage)
- With genuine organisational and planning skills, you demonstrate rigour, method, and versatility
- Comfortable in contact situations, your communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills are well established
- Your customer service orientation, responsiveness, and adaptability are also essential assets
- You have an excellent level of French (C1) and good knowledge of German (B1)

- You represent the owner for land-related issues linked to third-party requests (outside projects) and formalise arrangements
- You establish budgets and ensure financial monitoring of the land domain for related objects (holdings, acquisitions, internal and external support services)
- You negotiate with various stakeholders
- You manage and monitor the different land procedures and prepare contracts and agreements for holdings, maintenance of structures and/or easements
- You manage internal and external data, including land registry (LR) data
- You oversee the mandate offices and represent the client towards expropriated owners and other neighbours
