Residential Area Manager 80-100%
Your Task
- You professionally and personally lead staff and ensure the care processes of your department (21 residents)
- You lead by example every day and motivate your team
- Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the care team
Your Profile
- A qualification as a certified nurse HF / FH or recognised by the SRK
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar position, with appropriate training or the willingness to undertake leadership training (Leadership or similar)
- Experience in long-term care as well as dealing with people with dementia
- You think economically and have good RAI knowledge
- Good IT skills
