Production Team Leader (all genders)

As a Production Team Leader, you take responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the production environment. You ensure stable processes, reliable deployment planning, and the joint achievement of daily production targets. In doing so, you combine professional expertise with a good sense of people, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• In this versatile leadership role, you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees and support their individual development.
• You are responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation, and production according to the value stream principle, thereby ensuring a stable production process.
• You lead your team’s daily shop floor meetings, creating transparency, structure, and a clear focus on the most important topics of the day.
• You actively participate in area-specific production projects – both as a project leader and as a project member.
• You communicate proactively with interface departments and promote good, solution-oriented collaboration beyond your own area.

• Committed, team-oriented, and communicative personality with enthusiasm for leadership, responsibility, and collaboration in the production environment.
• Structured working style, high commitment, and a good understanding of stable production processes.
• Completed vocational training or equivalent experience in production.
• Initial leadership experience or experience in managing projects.
• Ideally experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
