About the job
YOUR TASKS – Step by StepWith a clearly structured training plan, you will be gradually introduced to your tasks with us.
- Starting with simple inspection and maintenance work on rail vehicles
- Gradually taking on overhauls, repairs and maintenance work
- Introduction to the testing of brake systems, running gear and wheelsets
- Learning the measurement and documentation of vehicle components
- Deepening inspection and overhaul of superstructures, underframes as well as fittings and valves
- With growing experience, contributing to process improvements according to Lean Management
- You bring motivation, manual skills and a joy of learning
- A basic technical education is an advantage but not a must (e.g. certified polymechanic, certified automotive mechatronics technician or similar professions)
- Initial experience in an industrial environment is helpful but not a prerequisite – we will make you fit
- You are reliable, flexible and enjoy working in a team
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- A structured training and induction plan that makes you a specialist step by step
