Fitness Equipment Assembler in Field Service 100% (m/f)
Your mission:
For our client, we are seeking a technically skilled, independent and customer-oriented individual who installs and commissions high-quality fitness equipment directly at private and business customers. You will be on the road daily, working autonomously and representing the company to a discerning clientele – therefore, alongside technical skills, a well-groomed appearance, reliability and a strong service mindset are equally important.
Delivery, assembly and professional installation of high-quality fitness and training equipment at customers’ premises
Commissioning and functional testing of installed equipment
Performing technical adjustments, configurations and tests
Explaining the equipment and basic functions to customers
Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Independent organisation and execution of daily customer visits
Ensuring a professional and tidy appearance at the customer’s site
Careful handling of high-quality equipment and facilities
Documentation of completed work and feedback to the responsible internal departments
Close cooperation with logistics, customer service and technical support
Your profile:
Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, polymechanic, mechanic or in a comparable field is an advantage
Good mechanical as well as electrical or electronic knowledge
Experience in handling technical devices, machines or electronic systems
Technical understanding and enjoyment in independently analysing faults and finding solutions
Manual dexterity and careful working style
Good physical fitness and resilience
Enjoyment of an active role with daily movement and changing locations
Independent, reliable and responsible personality
Friendly, professional and well-groomed appearance
Strong customer and service orientation
Good manners and discretion in contact with a demanding clientele
Flexibility and willingness for daily assignments at customers’ premises
Category B driving licence is mandatory
Good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
