We are a regionally anchored, high-performance planning office based in Schaffhausen and support over ten Schaffhausen municipalities in building and planning matters. To strengthen our spatial planning department, we are looking for a committed individual as

What to expect
- Review and assessment of building applications in various municipalities in the canton
of Schaffhausen including coordination of building permit processes
- Solution-oriented and professionally competent building regulatory advice for municipal
authorities and builders
- Conducting building inspections and acceptance
- Drafting building regulatory orders
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team from spatial planning, fire protection,
surveying, civil engineering and structural engineering
- Optional participation in exciting projects in the field of spatial planning
(local planning revisions, neighbourhood planning, etc.)
What you bring
- Completed training in the field of spatial planning or building administration
- Alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification with several years of experience in a
public administration or a private office in the construction sector
- Good knowledge of building and planning law
- Independent and precise working style, confident oral and written
expression, convincing appearance
- Enjoyment in exchanging with authorities, builders and specialist planners
