Job Description
You will take care of all our existing and future customers throughout Switzerland and increase the awareness of new products and services from Bosch Power Tools through targeted training and demonstrations as well as presenting innovations. You develop individual solutions with our customers and show them the added value of collaborating with Bosch Power Tools. Additionally, you support the creation of learning content and formats, can explain technical features to participants in an easily understandable way, and highlight sales advantages.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Preparation, setup, and execution of trade fairs, exhibitions, and training for our customers covering the entire product range
- Technical dealer and user consulting in the field service with a fully equipped demonstration vehicle
- Analysis of projects, products, and customers regarding applications and solutions.
- Regular collection of customer and market feedback
- Training of internal employees, including the creation of training concepts and materials, as well as responsibility for the Online Academy
- Support in creating modern training formats that are engaging and goal-oriented
- Field service share 50-80%
Qualifications
Education: A craft apprenticeship or extensive experience in the craft is a must; sales experience or relevant further training is an advantage
Personality and Working Style: Willingness to learn, hands-on mentality, independent working style, flexible, adaptable, confident presenting in front of groups, able to engage with course participants
Enthusiasm: Enjoy explaining products to different target groups, strong interest in power tools and accessories as well as innovations in this area, interest in new trends in the construction industry, enjoyment of presenting in front of groups
Languages: Fluent Swiss German, English, French and/or Italian are an advantage
