About 90 people with disabilities live with us, and over 120 work here – spread across several properties at different locations. To ensure these houses look every day as you would want your home to look, we are looking for you.

Your job

You lead the cleaning department – professionally, personally, financially. Your area covers several properties at different locations; if you like to mop the same corridor every time, this is not the place for you. You work side by side with clients who have a workplace with you and design tasks that help them grow. And you make sure that the entire foundation never runs out of toilet paper. Yes, that is part of it too.

What you bring

• EFZ in cleaning or laundry
• Leadership experience or further training that qualifies you for this
• Desire to collaborate with people, not just surfaces
• Enjoyment in managing several locations rather than just one
• Work-agogic training: a plus, not a must

What you do not need to bring

Night shifts, weekend duties, on-call service.

We work Monday to Friday. Quitting time is quitting time.
