The Business Support is perceived by our external and internal customers as
a specialist competence for topics related to facility management. From this,
the TGM specialist unit examines, analyzes, and advises the respective stakeholders around
building technology.

For this versatile and exciting role, we are looking for a professional with a high sense of responsibility and
pronounced independence to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

- Central contact person for maintenance
- Consulting on inspection, maintenance, repair, and improvement
- Analysis & development of maintenance strategies
- Support during commissioning & documentation review
- Conducting audits & optimization measures
- Employee training to improve quality
- Review & evaluation of service contracts
- Interface to authorities & official bodies

Your profile:

- Technical basic training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or building technology heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary technology
- Further education at the level of Federal Certificate of Competence, Higher Professional Examination, or Higher Technical School
- Experience in maintenance or willingness to engage intensively in this field
- High customer orientation and communication skills
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Personal responsibility and independence
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form required. Basic knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage but not a must.
- Impeccable reputation, willingness to travel within Switzerland
