For our family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Bern, we are looking for a young, motivated, and experienced individual who will actively support our kitchen team and wishes to develop further in the long term.

You bring the following:

• Experience as an assistant cook in the hospitality industry
• Ideally experience as a pizzaiolo
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and learning new things
• Independent, clean, and reliable working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
• Passion for fresh products and Italian cuisine

Your tasks:

• Support with the daily mise en place
• Preparation of simple pasta and starter dishes
• Preparation of our gluten-free pizzas after training
• Support at the pizza oven (advantageous)
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and hygiene according to HACCP
• Close collaboration with our head chef and gradual assumption of more responsibility
