Assistant People & Culture (m/f/d)

About the job

• Support of the People & Culture department management in operational and administrative matters as well as taking over representation in case of absence

• Support in the recruitment process including apprentices & interns 
• Management of job postings and application receipts
• Assistance in the care and advice of employees from entry to exit 
• Contact person for employees, managing directors and department heads for various administrative and process-related questions
• Compliance with the L-GAV and the labor law
• Support in the maintenance and control of the Mirus time recording system 
• Correspondence and contact maintenance with various partners
• Active participation in various HR projects

• Commercial training, hotel management school or higher technical (university) college with sound knowledge in human resources
• Further training in the field of human resources

• Several years of professional experience in human resources

• Good knowledge of social and insurance law and the relevant laws (L-GAV, labor law and OR)

• Experience in the use of HR systems (e.g. Mirus, Abacus etc.) 

• Discreet, solution-oriented and communicative personality

• Fluent in German, good English skills, additional language skills are an absolute plus
