As part of the further development, the housekeeping department is being restructured and this exciting management position created. Together with your 11-member team, which works in different part-time capacities, you coordinate the assignments and ensure that all threads come together. You know how to optimally connect the various employees with their workloads and ensure a smooth process together. In doing so, you are responsible for the professional cleaning and management of the premises in and around Residio AG and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
As an important interface function, you maintain exchange with partner organisations and external customers. You lead, motivate and support your team, enjoy pitching in yourself and actively contribute your ideas.
You have training as a hospitality-housekeeping specialist and already bring professional and leadership experience. For the diverse tasks in this role, you also need a category B driving licence. At the same time, we offer you space for your personal and professional development and are happy to support you in specifically expanding your strengths.
